Reserve Bank of India allowed this

That is, in the coming time, we can all withdraw cash from our phones, we will no longer need to carry debit or credit cards in the ATM machine, it will be provided in many banks including Reserve Bank of India as well as SBI However, all these banks have already given the facility to withdraw cashes through their app and with the help of these, we can also send money to Phone Pe, Google Pay, Amazon Pay and other net banking platforms. 

                                    
   However, the feature which is about to start will be beta test i.e. that very few users will be participating and tell you that we can withdraw cash up to ₹ 2000 only once in beta test and up to ₹ 10000 a month. And tell you that this facility will be applicable only from 2022
